What adhesive is strong for bonding silicone to nylon?

Silicone and nylon are difficult-to-bond materials. Generally, an activator needs to be applied to the surfaces of silicone and nylon before bonding. Shang Hao Jia 801 Nylon-Specific Adhesive is designed for bonding silicone to nylon, silicone adhesive for nylon, and nylon adhesive for nylon.

Usage Instructions

1. Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive to the surfaces to be bonded (depending on the bonding area, a dispensing tube or needle can be attached to the nozzle tip to control the amount of adhesive).

2. After applying the adhesive, press the two surfaces together. They will set in 3-5 seconds and achieve a tear-resistant, non-detaching effect in 3-5 minutes.

Precautions

1. After using Shang Hao Jia adhesive, please seal it properly to prevent curing.

2. Adhesives for plastics, metals, and silicone must be stored sealed in a dry, cool, and dark place, avoiding direct sunlight. If not used for an extended period, store refrigerated (5-8°C).

1. Shelf life: 8 months. Available in 20g/tube and 1000ml/tube.
